Margaret
has been with Whitman Breed Abbott &
Morgan since 1994. She is an attorney in
the Real Estate Department of the firm,

financing, sale and purchase transactions,
planned communities and condominiums, as
well as zoning and land use matters. Margaret represents homeowners and developers, as well as neighborhood

In June 2008, Margaret led the firm's representation of a large Greenwich developer in a commercial loan transaction related to the redevelopment of a parcel of land in the Byram area of Greenwich from commercial use to residential condominiums. Margaret also leads the firm's representation of this developer in the ongoing formation and development of its residential condominium complex, which includes a marina and boardwalk.
In addition to her private practice, Margaret

She also serves on the Lyon House Committee, whose goal is to preserve the original Lyon Homestead (Lyon being one of the original settlors in Greenwich), which dates back to at least 1695 and may be the oldest house in Greenwich that remains in its original state. Margaret also represents Save Our Shores, a Greenwich-based not-for-profit environmental organization
concerned with the preservation of Long
Island Sound and inter-coastal waterways.
Margaret grew up and resides in Greenwich.
