Katherine
is an associate in the Business Law Department.
She has experience in a wide variety of
corporate and business matters ranging from
organization and dissolution of corporations,
limited liability companies, partnerships
and non-profit entities, transactional matters
including mergers and acquisitions, purchase
agreements and licensing matters. In addition,
Katherine has experience in the leasing
and transfer of commercial real estate,
tax-exempt financing and bio-terrorism issues.

to joining the firm, Katherine was engaged
in private practice with firms in Connecticut
and California. |

Katherine
also studied at L'Ecole le Cordon Bleu in
Paris, France and received her Diplome in
