Charlie
has 22 years of litigation experience with
Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan LLC and
its predecessor firms, including five years
with Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan's
former Manhattan office. Charlie has represented
clients in a broad range of matters, including
business disputes, complex commercial litigation,
trusts and estate litigation, product liability defense (including drug
and medical device litigation and asbestos
claims), insurance coverage disputes, commercial
lending litigation, state unfair competition
litigation, construction litigation, tax
litigation,
administrative appeals and employment litigation.
Charlie has been selected as a Connecticut
Super Lawyer for 2006, 2007 and 2008 and was awarded the 2008 Robert G. Krause Probate Pro Bono Award by the Greenwich Probate Court. Charlie has also been included in the Connecticut Bar Association's annual Pro Bono Honor Roll numerous times.
