Profile
Jim has over 20 years of litigation experience with Whitman Breed Abbott & Morgan LLC and its predecessor firms. He has represented clients in a broad range of matters, including commercial disputes, employment litigation, unfair competition claims and property disputes in both state and federal courts and alternative dispute forums. His cases have involved, for example, claims involving wrongful termination, enforcement of restrictive covenants, employment discrimination, shareholder disputes, tax assessment appeals, and disputes involving the purchase, sale and use of real property.
