Kevin is the head of the firm’s
Tax Department and is a member of the
Business Law Department and the Trusts
and Estates Department.
He has over 20 years experience providing
tax and corporate law advice to businesses
regarding organizational and structuring
matters, ongoing shareholder and operational
issues and transactional matters, including
acquisitions and divestitures, executive
compensation and ERISA. His clients are
in a wide variety of industries, including
securities and real estate investment,
investment advisory, manufacturing, design
and construction. Kevin has also represents
underwriters and placement agents in connection
with tax-exempt financing for health care
facilities, educational facilities and
industrial development facilities in Connecticut,
New York and various other states.
In addition, Kevin counsels individuals
in connection with estate planning and
estate administration matters and represents
not-for-profit institutions, charitable
trusts and private foundations.
Prior to joining Whitman Breed Abbott
& Morgan in 1994 Kevin was a partner
in the New York City offices of Hall,
McNicol, Hamilton & Clark and Keck,
Mahin & Cate.
