Our litigation practice involves commercial, contract and tort disputes of virtually every description. The Litigation Department has litigated substantial matters in the areas of securities law, products liability, drug and medical device defense, employment related claims, construction disputes, insurance and reinsurance coverage and intellectual property on behalf of clients engaged in a broad range of business activities. In addition to serving a substantial business clientele, the Department has extensive experience in representing not-for-profit entities, estates, fiduciaries and individuals. We are also involved in select personal injury cases.

Our trial attorneys litigate cases and handle appeals before federal and state courts and administrative agencies as well as various arbitration forums. The Litigation Department has the resources to handle large, complex matters while also having the expertise and organizational flexibility to handle smaller cases in a cost efficient manner.
