Our Tax Department handles a broad range of sophisticated tax matters for clients that include individuals, corporations and partnerships. Members of the Department work closely with our attorneys in transactional practice areas in structuring acquisitions and sales of businesses, as well as in establishing and providing advice to partnerships, limited liability companies and joint ventures.

In addition, the Department provides advice in the executive compensation, employee benefits (ERISA) and deferred compensation areas, as well as providing ongoing tax advice to various business and commercial interests.
