Biography

Margaret has been with Whitman Breed since 1994.  She is a Partner in the Real Estate Department, with experience in commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions, leasing and financing, as well as forming and representing planned communities and condominiums, and representing cooperative apartment boards.  Margaret also has experience with construction and architecture contracts, as well as zoning and land use matters.  In her various areas of experience, Margaret represents homeowners, developers, contractors, lenders, neighborhood associations, condominium and cooperative associations and taxing districts.  She also represents commercial and residential property owners in local property tax appeals.
