Biography
Erin is an associate in the Firm’s Trust and Estates Department. She practices in all areas of estate and trust planning matters, including gift, estate and generation-skipping transfer tax planning; the preparation of wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills and related documents; estate settlement; and trust administration.
Erin received her LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law with a focus on estate planning and charitable gifting. She received her J.D. from University of Connecticut School of Law with a certificate in tax studies. While in law school, Erin served as Symposium Editor for the Connecticut Law Review and represented low-income taxpayers in a variety of matters before the Internal Revenue Service.
