- Obtained dismissal of fraudulent conveyance claims totaling more than $100 million brought against our clients, an international corporation and a foreign investor.
- Defended closely-held corporation against $20 million derivative claim brought by a former officer and shareholder, defeating a motion for preliminary injunction and brokering a successful resolution.
- Defended a national corporate fiduciary against a $70 million surcharge in a contested accounting proceeding alleging violations of the Prudent Investor Act.
- Defended international construction management firm against $20 million claim brought by the State of Connecticut arising from a major public works project.
